Timeless Freedom is the natural state of everyone, unobstructed by descriptions and desires for these descriptions as a source of well-being.

Time is a mental product. It requires a lot of thinking. Bliss, or freedom, rests beyond the grasp of those thoughts and is noticeable as that which is always already here.

The joy of seeing beyond the thoughts that compose a sense of time has a deeply liberating effect that continues to 'free up' our limiting beliefs about ourselves.

In this moving farewell address to the community in his native Holland, Bentinho masterfully draws out of the participants questions, and in the process shows them that they already are their own Gurus. The attendees are repeatedly shown, by seeing that their own responses to their doubts and insecurities are direct, undeniable evidence of their own innate capacity to be all that is needed. Also dubbed 'The Great Doubt' by Zen Buddhists, The Dark Night of the Soul refers to a period that seems to be an inevitable part of waking up from previous ways, and embracing new ways of seeing and activating that seeing into a natural way of Being.

These 'spiritual growing pains' can be highly confusing, depressing and profoundly unpleasant in many ways. In this call I will address how we all go through periods like this even when we do not relate it to awareness waking up to itself. However, the conscious seeker usually experiences this to its fullest.

In my experience, someone who is consciously on this pathless path of discovery, will at some point have to 'deal' with such a dark period, usually more than one, possibly even for the rest of their life to some degrees.

Having the trust necessary to let these states come and go, is key. This call may hopefully inspire such trust.

Life is a soup of constant appearances. Life itself does not perceive anything to exist outside of itself, or as separate from its own existence and creativity. In fact, the natural understanding of Life itself, is that all is One Being/Intelligence.

Whenever we, from our personal perspective - either consciously or more often unconsciously - consider a particular appearance popping up within our consciousness to be excluded from 'what should be,' we are energetically saying: "This appearance is not part of Life itself. It, and I, are separate." - Thus, the creation of 'problems' happens..

If we can truly come to the direct Seeing, that everything is included, we gain a deeper embodiment of the peace that always already is.

To avoid confusion for 'newcomers' this talk will be a clear introduction to recognizing awareness and highlighting its changeless nature in order to increase daily stability and peace of mind.

That being said, the basics are often the most advanced and I find it helps a lot of people to keep returning to the simple basic recognition of what's always already here.

When we increase the contrast between the changing perceptions and this changeless here-and-now existence, we directly realize awareness as beyond time and space. This gives us something to truly rely on throughout challenging experiences, as well as something to enjoy with ever deeper surrender during every-day life.

Some of us keep seeking for guidance for our entire life. We may even grow dependent upon teachers and at some point, we're just totally insecure about our own experience.

In my experience, insecurity about one's own experience of timeless awareness is painful and keeps one looped in the belief that one has to seek endless guidance outside of oneself.

While guidance can definitely be helpful and seemingly necessary at some times, I feel that we generally tend to rely on our insecurity too much where instead we could be relying on our direct experience and taste the Grace of our Own Confidence.

In this call we will focus on setting your focus on your direct experience consistently as we expose the doubts that appear as simply being thought-forms one is already present to.

You most likely know the feeling... "I recognize awareness, but I feel like I am still seeking... What do I do?"

In this call, Bentinho examines how even with this inevitable feeling present, our free nature is already present. He invites you to make that shift in perception in your own experience, where you perceive from the sense of being an individual, to the recognition of that which is aware of this sense.

When we see that we are not the seeker even when its sensations and thoughts are operational within our experience, that enables us to repeat this recognition whenever we feel like we are seeking. This will help increase our conviction in already perfect perfection.

This repeated shift in identity from the seeker to what's always already present, will shift your allegiance from believing you are the seeking energy, to seeing that that too is just another appearance permeated with sweet, perfect presence.

Before we try to fix our relationships, we have to change our whole perspective of what relationship means, and what it truly is. No matter how many years you spend trying to rub off all yellow from the world, it does not work as long as you don't take off those yellow shades! Change your shades, however, and the entire world looks different instantaneously, without any work whatsoever.

Relationships are like this as well: the most important part is to change your understanding – your perspective – on the world/relationship. In this call Bentinho talks about truly seeing the other person as your self.
